October 27th, 2006 - The day Cecil should have stayed home.

Cecil sits next to me. He takes a lot of abuse, and sometimes snaps when he's had enough. One day he made an interpretive dance about why Omega is an asshole. He also has a letter of resignation on his computer that he's worked on for hours and adds to on a regular basis.

8:30am - Alpha punched Cecil and then twisted his arm forcefully which the obviously hurt Cecil said. "Ow"

8:54am - Alpha told Cecil that he was going to forcefully kick him in the face. (As opposed to playfully kicking him in the face)

9:36am - Alpha mused whether people would notice on a quiet day if he came up behind Cecil and snapped his neck. Without receiving an answer from myself (and ignoring my question of why it was important that the day be quiet) he concluded that nobody would care because of Cecil's personality.

1:03pm - Morris went in project mode and disappeared. Alpha mused where Morris had gone. When I noticed that Morris has returned I informed Alpha to which he replied. "Fuck Morris and his mealy face!"

1:05pm - Since Alpha completely forgot to schedule anyone to work today. He said that he was going to have to start implementing a more brutal schedule. I asked him if he was going to implement a 60 hour work week. To which he replied. "I'm going to implement pain on your face."

1:55pm - Alpha took sissors and cut a tuft of Cecil's hair. Cecil has nicely groomed hair and exhibited pure shock and horror when he discovered what had transpired. They fought for a bit but Cecil, disheartened, gave up, and Alpha added the tuft of hair to his Homer Simpson voodoo doll of Cecil. (Which works by the way)

4:27pm - Sitting over Alpha's shoulders watching him type a document the following phrase was uttered. "Stop laughing at my typing skills you prick!"
